ECE Centre - Assistant Manager  - Qualified (Auckland)

We are looking for an assistant centre manager to join a fast-growing team of friendly, likeminded individuals, who have a shared passion for not only shaping the minds of our children, but also creating an environment which allows them to grow into the great people they are meant to be & inspire our children and their whanau.

It would be preferred if you have prior assistant management experience, however this is not necessarily required.

Our ideal candidate will have:
 

  • People skills and be comfortable dealing with new enrolments.

  • Great customer service skills.

  • Relevant ECE qualification and certified by the teaching council

  • Previous leadership, management or 2nd in Charge experience preferred - Does not have to be in ECE

  • Ability to learn and adjust to internal systems.

  • Microsoft office suite experience.

  • Has an understanding of ECE regulations and licensing criteria.

  • Ensures that compliance is completed to a high level.

  • Morals and ethics and priorities the well-being of the children.

  • Ability to adhere to centre policies and procedures are implemented and followed at all times.


You will be working assisting the ECE Centre Manager.
