ECE Centre - Assistant Manager - Qualified (Auckland)
We are looking for an assistant centre manager to join a fast-growing team of friendly, likeminded individuals, who have a shared passion for not only shaping the minds of our children, but also creating an environment which allows them to grow into the great people they are meant to be & inspire our children and their whanau.
It would be preferred if you have prior assistant management experience, however this is not necessarily required.
Our ideal candidate will have:

People skills and be comfortable dealing with new enrolments.

Great customer service skills.

Relevant ECE qualification and certified by the teaching council

Previous leadership, management or 2nd in Charge experience preferred - Does not have to be in ECE

Ability to learn and adjust to internal systems.

Microsoft office suite experience.

Has an understanding of ECE regulations and licensing criteria.

Ensures that compliance is completed to a high level.

Morals and ethics and priorities the well-being of the children.

Ability to adhere to centre policies and procedures are implemented and followed at all times.
You will be working assisting the ECE Centre Manager.
